AleSmith Stumblin Monk Barrel Aged 1/6 BBL KEG

This special offering celebrates the blending of barrel-aged strong ales aged in bourbon, VSOP cognac, and California red wine barrels. The resulting decadent elixir was further accentuated by the addition of flame raisins. The complexity of this blend is one to appreciate as aromas of plums, figs, fruity esters, and spices balance with a caramel and malt character along with perceived notes of oak, vanilla, and tannins from the different barrels.
