Founded December 5th 2007 in the Historic downtown district of San Jose del Cabo. Baja Brewing Co. became the first brewery in the state of Baja California Sur. Co-founded by a Jordan and his father Charlie along with college friend Rob, all 3 from Colorado, the beer and attached brewpub quickly became a staple for locals and Cabo visitors alike.
