Wren House Valley Light American Lager 1/2 BBL KEG 2

A concept long in the making finally executed and fulfilled to its full potential. Quite literally a carefully diluted version of our GABF award winning American Lager. We start it at a much lower gravity and ferment just a bit drie. This allows for maximum “drinkability”. A respectable 3.2% abv aids to this as well. Built around under-modified American Pilsner malt and a bit of corn. Hopped solely with the finest Czech Saaz. Fermented cold lagered cold for a few weeks and finally filtered cold using our plate filter. The result is a beer that is super clean super crispy and oh so light. Naturally carbonated. Crisp and Classic. 3.2% ABV.
